Sorry to bring up something irrelevant in the middle of this conversation, but I just noticed that the comments on this site go from bottom to top instead of top to bottom.

I get that. Bottling things up can feel like you’re slowly disappearing from your own life. But when you speak your truth, even if it costs you something… it reminds you that you still exist.

It’s not easy at all. There are times when I walk away from conversations replaying everything I said, wondering if I went too far... But the alternative feels worse. When I keep things in, it eats away at me.

That’s brave. Most people either stay silent to keep the peace or speak in a way that hides the truth. But what you’re doing—it’s honest, even if it’s not always easy.

I know that being straightforward and speaking my mind can sometimes rub people the wrong way or make me unpopular, but holding back causes me more stress. So I choose to say what I think clearly.
