A place where tenants and businesses change frequently. The term is especially used to describe unsettled commercial areas where new stores and offices open and close one after another in a short period of time.

Churn” indicates ‘constant change’ or ‘replacement,’ and ‘Landscape’ indicates the overall condition of a place. In other words, it means “an ever-changing landscape.
